I went for a little scouting and engagement session with Kate and Courtney at the farm where they are to be married, and it was a lovely evening after a lot of rain lately. Photographers in Hawke's Bay must revel in going to such personal, unique spots - I know I do.
It was also lovely to get Courtney talking about his family farm with such love of the land and the stock on it, and to visualise where we might go in a few weeks. Also seeing two people who are so into eachother being into eachother, the lump of coal in my chest may have even quivered at one point x
