Ash is a long time personal friend of mine who happens to be the most amazing caker in Hawke's Bay. Incidentally her baking is absolutely amazing as well, and she supplies high end cafe's in Hawke's Bay regularly. As a Hawke's Bay Photographer I get to have lots of wedding cakes, and you can tell when a cake is beautifully made with nice ingredients and I'm a fan of Ash's cakes!
